Wednesdays Continues in October at the new start time of 5pm

5pm ‘Chair Based Yoga for All’ 1 hour. Tea / coffee / social before or after the class

Classes are £6 payable on the night (or bank transfer). First one is free.
Monthly price (calendar month) – £20

Wednesday is in partnership with Friends and Neighbours Community Alliance (FAN) and is at the FAN Centre, Mas-y-ffynon Close. First class is free.

Online access via Teams – arranged on request – same prices as above

NB no class Nov 5th and 19th

    Hi Nicola! No need to pre-book – just come along – you can pay on the night. There’s 22nd and 29th then 2 weeks off for the Easter break. Hope to see you soon. Keith

      You are still very welcome, Nicola. But you need to book ahead for this class as it is so busy. After monthly membership, we have 6 spaces remaining week by week in May 👍🏽
