Today’s companion starts in ‘easy cross legged’ sitting in a block: twists, then forward bends. And an abrupt end. Oh, and change the cross of the legs every 2 minutes. I didn’t do that. I should have done that.

Companion today starts in downward dog (adho mukha svanasana) moving smoothly into eka pada adho mukha svanasana (in English ‘dog with a lifted leg’ is an image that begs a lamppost, so we’d better call it 3 legged – the translation being something like ‘one foot downward facing dog’)

I’ve run aground a bit on filming. Mea culpa. This happens from time to time – not good with a deadline, terrible without one. At times like this, I’ve decided to take the advice I would give to someone else & go with self – care, and back to it as soon as able. I realise this can be frustrating for others.
