And BetterWay2Be

Yoga teacher and Physiotherapist with a dash of adhd
I’ve been tracking yoga for 20 years and a physio for 15. I’ve had adhd longer.
My approach is inclusive, positive and down to earth.
My mission is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in how you move. Yoga is versatile — it refines strength if you already train hard, or rebuild it if you’re just getting started. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s progress you can return to, again and again.
I know what it’s like to drop the ball. There’s no judgement. We win by restarting sooner and working with others.
Join me and change your future. Slán, Keith
