Yoga teacher and Physiotherapist with a dash of adhd
Hi, I’m Keith. I’ve been a yoga teacher for about 20 years now and a physio for 15. I’ve had adhd longer.
My approach is inclusive and down to earth.
My mission is to help people feel strong, capable, and confident in how they move. Yoga is versatile — it can refine strength if you already train hard, or rebuild it if you’re just getting started. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s progress you can return to, again and again.
I know what it’s like to drop the ball. There’s no judgement. We win by restarting sooner and working with friends.
Join me and change your future. Slán, Keith
