This class, with my physio and yoga background costs £12 an hour. So far, I’ve been able to keep the class price to a brilliant £5 per class. Take advantage – and tell your friends. It can’t last 😁

When we practice, we never push into pain. We move in a comfortable range with curiosity – in conversation with our bodies. We all work in different ways. Our bodies and brains have different histories. There’s a way to move that fits our body and I’ll teach you how.

This is a great way to do yoga – it is low impact and safe. It helps get joints healthy and gently starts to build flexibility. It helps you move better, improves strength and balance. As a bonus, you get better peace of mind and a great night’s sleep.

Chair based yoga is useful for people with with chronic pain and/or movement limitations, whether through decreased strength, pain or stiffness or other medical conditions like fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, depression and anxiety.

This class is for people who have difficulty getting up from a low chair, or have concerns about their balance, or have had a fall or near misses and are losing their confidence (and maybe don’t want to admit it).

It’s a warm, friendly and non-judgemental space. And it’s only a fiver.
