- connect the pelvic tilt to tummy muscles on, in all the poses
- ‘find tadasana (mountain pose) in all asana’
- ‘a strong leg, not a locked leg’
- Awareness of gravity reminds us to lift
- Yoga is a conversation with our bodies. It’s a conversion between equals. Seek compromise Accept that sometimes the answer is ‘no’.
