The building blocks

  • never work into pain…and be curious about a niggle.
  • connect the pelvic tilt to tummy muscles on, in all the poses
  • ‘find tadasana in all asana’
  • ‘a strong leg, not a locked leg’
  • Awareness of gravity reminds us to lift
  • Today’s – Yoga is a conversation with our bodies. It’s a conversion between equals. Seek compromise. Accept that sometimes the answer is ‘no’.
