Challenge – Day 5

So far –

  • connect the pelvic tilt to tummy muscles on, in all the poses
  • ‘find tadasana in all asana’
  • ‘a strong leg, not a locked leg’
  • never work into pain…and be curious about a niggle.
  • Today – use your awareness of gravity pulling you down and lift up out of it in response
