So far –
- connect the pelvic tilt to tummy muscles on, in all the poses
- ‘find tadasana in all asana’
- ‘a strong leg, not a locked leg’
- never work into pain…and be curious about a niggle.
- Today – use your awareness of gravity pulling you down and lift up out of it in response
