Challenge – Day 4

So far –

  • connect the pelvic tilt to tummy muscles on, in all the poses
  • ‘find tadasana in all asana’
  • ‘a strong leg, not a locked leg’

Today, it’s a reminder to never work into pain…and be curious about a niggle.
