Happy days! First class of the new year starts tonight at the new time off 6:30pm

To join us in the physical class, come to The Melincryddan Community Centre, Cryddan Road. We are in the upstairs room – enter via the white double doors at the back left corner of the car park.

All levels welcome. Bring a mat if you have one.

Update: thank you everyone who was able to make it and croeso Sam who joined us for the first time. A hard working class of standing poses. I hope you all enjoyed it 👍🏽
