June classes start

Hi all! A new month! See you for a 615 start either in Melincryddan Community Centre or on zoom.

Classes will run up to 28th June, then I’m taking a break for summer – planning to restart on 13th September. In September, I’m starting ‘Chair yoga’ for people who can’t really get down and up from the floor. More details in due course.
