Last class in May…

The garden today – from Mairéad

I’m heading home on Wednesday for a week – I’ll happily do a ‘remote only’ class (31st May). Let me know at Tuesdays class if you’re interested.

I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. I was working overnight on Friday, so Saturday had a late start…and an early finish – in the Borough Arms, in The Melin. Landlord, Steve, has brewed an outstanding stout. And the name escapes me…I’ll have to ask him. Seriously good. I wonder if that’s one of his numbers for the Neath Ale and Cider festival.

And a day in the garden, today. I got the strimmer working – lesson is ‘do not store with fuel in strimmer’

So, yoga…class is Tuesday at the Melincryddan Community Centre or on zoom –

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87846269410?pwd=V1QydXpzNE1tbTg3eURGQ2I4VnZ4Zz09

Starts at 615pm. Lasts an hour.

See you there 👍🏼

Foot note – that’s everyone for coming tonight. I enjoyed teaching – hope you found something new in your practice or experienced something familiar from a different perspective. Here’s the class plan. As you can see, the plan never survives first contact…

See you all online next Tuesday 😊
