February yoga – week 2

Last week, we explored the differences and similarities between 2 asanas – what one could teach us about the other. Between trikonasana and upavista konasana. I find it interesting to work in pairs of poses – I recommend it in your own practice.

We’re continuing that theme tonight with trikonasana into ardha chandrasana. If there’s an aim, try to make it this – it’s all about the trikonasana coming out.

If none of that makes any sense, don’t worry – it will tonight.

You’ll need a couple of blocks, a brick, a belt, perhaps a chair, and a wall (or doorway)…
