Sh’mae pobl!
Yoga class in Melincryddan Community Centre (side door). 615pm. One hour. I thought the pace and effort of last week’s was about right…I have a plan similar for tonight: plenty of movement, strong work for the legs – get some heat going; deep stretching (whatever your level); body awareness/alignment; finished with some guided meditation in savasana. Home with a sense of peace and reasons to feel good about ourselves.
It’s a good plan.
Note: side door is the back left hand corner of the car park – straight up the top of the stairs, room is on your left.
