As you can probably tell, that cannot be presumed. Mea culpa. On a positive note, I did a yoga thing. In the garden. It’s unedited and posted warts and all, in the interest of breaking the impasse.
It’s only 30 minutes and a lot of that is sitting…so use the pause button to explore the poses.
