A while ago, I caught up with good friend, Gavin Williams, host of The Stoic Moment podcast and we recorded this. Gavin released the podcast today for International Yoga Day. It was great fun to do and can’t wait to try again. Turns out, I don’t want to sit or stand still during a conversation…no surprises there.
