With regard to meditation
-Your seated breathing and savasana are good for meditation
-A few years ago I completed the Stress Control course in Cardiff there are some free resources available http://www.stepiau.org/stress-control A mixture of mindfulness and progressive muscle relaxation – I find PMR very helpful as my muscles are inclined to hold onto stress
-Headspace – you pay for it but its got so much on there e.g. Sleep, mood, music to help you focus (on work tasks) and much more. Paying an annual subscription is most cost effective
-MyLife if you don’t mind American accents
-Finally, Mindfulness as we know it today began with Jon Kabat-Zinn try his Mindfulness for beginners audiobook
